They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, along with the location was awesome, but it surely's just over the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain also much, but basically the windows had been all really in need of replacement, as were being the doorways, the trim, much in the furniture, etcetera.

3 Residence had perfect location on beach, very personal ! The house by itself was out-of-date...very out-of-date, couches, chairs, beds, all old and uncomfortable! Previous glass table with uncomfortable chairs, I had been scared to death the whole time one of several kids was gonna break it or something, didn't look like it'd take much for it to fall aparpressure, we're clean but had no pressure, outside spicket did not work so could utilize it to clean feet off after being about the beach, before you came inside.
