Past reviews described the outdoor spigot not working - it's still not working. So the house obtained plenty of sand in it.

3 Residence had perfect location on beach, very personal ! The house alone was outdated...very outdated, couches, chairs, beds, all aged and uncomfortable! Old glass table with uncomfortable chairs, I used to be scared to Dying the whole time one of several kids was gonna break it or something, did not look like it'd take much for it to fall aparpressure, we're clean but had no pressure, outside spicket didn't work so could utilize it to wash feet off after being within the beach, before you arrived inside.

No, the house is not really full of the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of area for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't many decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or wreck.
